How much does the survey cost?
The survey is free. If the site is more than 20 km from our nearest branch, we may charge a call-out fee — we always agree the amount with you in advance.
How soon can it take place?
In areas we cover, an appointment can usually be arranged within a few working days. The exact timing depends on partner capacity.
What happens during the survey?
On site we finalise the production sizes and the technical details. We then update the itemised quote accordingly.
What is needed for the survey?
We need contact details, the exact address and access to the windows and doors. It helps if you already know the planned number of units and the opening directions.
